Allow time range for REVIEW functions

Viewing History allows both date & time ranges, but compressing or deleting history has no time range option. I planned an hourly job using REVIEWB HISTORY to send the most recent hour of a large report to GDG, then DELHIST to delete that hour, to limit repository growth (the report can generate millions of records per day).

It seems arbitrary for Review to allow time selection when viewing, but not managing, report history data. Please add a time range option to DELHIST (and other) Review functions, as exists for the HISTORY function.

    Answer from RnD:
    DELHIST can be specified with a time range. This is implemented with Cumulative fix 02 for REV522 MF (which can also applied to REV521).
