Create a License Task to manage all SAG license keys on z/OS

This is idea covers the full spectrum of SAG products on z/OS that require a license key. The license keys for ADABAS/Natural (and other products) are a tedious process, especially for DR when the DRCPUID has not been provided. It would be great to have a license server task (like NATASM) available that has all SAG keys for the customer. It should be capable to handle dynamic updates and immediately publish the key for products that require a license key. This would simplify the work for DBA/SYSPROGs and avoid the disdain from DR managers about the time it takes to get keys for SAG products (it really is a black eye). This has obvious benefits for production work, too. The time savings would be significant across the board.
