Call REVUXDET when Report is stopped or Review Hub is shut down

Report Exit for Detailed Reports REVUXDET currently does not get called when the report is stopped or Review Hub is shut down. When the exit is used to write SMF records for ADABAS statistics it is necessary to get control on the 'last call' in order to write last set of statistics accumulated in the buffers to SMF.
It is also necessary to distinguish between such invocation and normal command log record processing, maybe an indicator in the Parmlist of some sort.
