Add Direct Commands to SYSRPTR application

Similar to applications like SYSAOS and SYSDIC, SYSRPTR would benefit greatly if it supported direct commands. For example, GEN GFB NAME=G054151 FILE-ID=EMPLOYEES-FILE ADA-VER=I9 OCCUR=YES FULL-FORMAT=YES [OVERWRITE]. This would allow the creation of an automated process (user written program) to generate GFBs. The process could read FDIC for all Files with Type = "A" (with or without filters) and then issue the GEN GFB commands. Currently, the generation of a large number of GFBs is very labor intensive.
