Customer complaining about complexity of Licence keys on mainframe, we have found that our customers find it difficult to implement the licence keys on mainframe. Whenever there is changes on the hardware configuration they experience problems.

ADA84x license problems -Customer Liberty Group Limited (cid #7301589), SAP 3001467.

  1. Liberty have officially asked us to raise this.
  2. I did with Andreas. He agrees it is complicated and recommended Brainstorm.
  3. Liberty are expecting feedback.
