Introduce a new feature and parameter DCOMMITWAIT which will have the REPTOR not commit messages with less than DCOMMITTHRESHOLD transactions until DCOMMITWAIT milliseconds have passed. While it will introduce a small delay - it will allow greater blocking of transactions and this will improve vastly the bandwidth between the Broker/MQ and the Target Adapter.
This might allow the geographical distribution of Adabas and Target Adapter (RDBMS etc.) in that the latency will be experienced less frequently.
Use Case | Replication between distant data centres. |
