Support server names and userid’s longer than 8 characters in display

Customer got Windows server names longer than 8 characters and in many cases they only differ beyond the 8th character.

Also user id’s longer than 8 characters may be used.

This makes it impossible to distinguish between the sessions in displays of command queue and user queue (see below).

Examples:
Servers are named UKFHPAPKOB01 and UKFHPAPKOB02. Only the digits 1 and 2 differs on position 12.
Or UKFHPTSKOB01 and UKFHPTSKOB11.

If very difficult to extent the communication protocol, an option could be to let customer provide a ownunique id (<= 8 char) in an environment variable e.g. ADACOMPUTERNAME which is thenused instead.
