Adabas Manager: Manage SORT, TEMP, ...

Adabas Manager needs the ability to manage the non-ASSO/DATA/WORK database containers, such as SORT/TEMP/NUCTMP/NUCSRT and the reserve location used by auto-expansion. If not, at the very least, stop removing the values I set manually in the DBnnn.INI for these containers. As is, Adabas Manager is not usable.
