two-way SSL handshake between the web application and ApplinX

Communication between ApplinX Server and the ApplinX Base Object (which resides on the web server or application server) can be encrypted using SSL. This means one-way SSL connection, i.e., from the web application to ApplinX.

We need two-way SSL handshake between the web application and ApplinX server

After further discussions, we think that there are 3rd party or additional external software that can take care of the 2-way handshake.

This isn't something that we are planning, at this point, to add as a product capability.

Following the discussions we had with the customer around this topic, we have implemented improved support for the SSL and certificate handling that we have.

This will be available with the release of ApplinX 10.15, scheduled for Oct 2022.

Setting this idea to "Not in Plan".
