Add support for SFTP / TCP/22 protocols

In CONNX v14.6, the ftp client portion of CONNX to & from z/OS mainframe - to both upload new software/PDS binaries, and also download copybook files - was updated to use FTP explicit ssl/tls over port 21 (tcp/21) - however this makes a critical assumption that the Customer's target mainframe z/OS environment supports ssl/tls over tcp/21 (FTPS/FTPES). CONNX is not configurable by administrators to select alternate SFTP protocols & TCP/22 as an option in the software per Support - and instead uses FTPS explicit over TCP/21 only as the forced protocols.

The built-in ftp client in CONNX - should be configurable to allow selection of alternate protocols like SFTP & TCP/22 for environments where that is the Architecture for secure file transfers.
