Develop protection log replay utility for InstantDBSync

Develop a replay utility that can read the protection log of Adabas and do or redo the modifications in the RDBMS target DB. This utility can be used to avoid the need for a repeat initial state to repair the target after a period where replication erroneously was not active. The replay should be able to run without Adabas down time - users should be able to update Adabas source file(s) while the replay runs and completes. The replay should be able to be rerun repeatedly without the need for restoring the target tables. After the replay successfully completes - BAU replication should continue or resume with no manual action needed.
