Opportunity to delete a report with * as suffix or prevent the creation or documentation change

At the moment it is possible to create a report definition with a * as suffix. (ABCTMP*) If there are other reports defined with the same name - only more qualified (ABCTMP1, ABCTMP2)- you can't delete the report with suffix *. It works with renaming the report.

But I think either the creation of the report should be forbidden or there should be an oppertunity to delete it.

Or the documentation should give a notice about this situation.
