In order to avoid loops and blocking of monitor tasks there's default parameters for NOP called 'SYSOUT Line Limit' and 'Line Limit for End-of-Job Checking' limiting the work on SYSOUT files to a number of lines.
This is useful in certain situations, but especially for NOP controlling different platforms that one value for any job output is not suitable: Different values for different jobs would make sense.
It would be enough for our purposes, if the default parameters mentioned above would exist for every owner, i.e. if they were owner dependent.
Therefore we propose to enhance Entire Operations this way.
