NOP - end date of a network schedule definition

Add an "end date" for a network schedule, until a network/job will be execued, see attached screen shot. Currently there is ""effective from" only. An additional field "effectitve to" is requested.

This means, a job (like build NATMF 9.2.1) will be exectuted from October 2022 to October 2023.
