Extension of the shutdown command for the NOM monitor to set a time value

Using the modify command „F ESYxxx,SHUTDOWN=NOM” to shutdown the NOM monitor, the NOM monitor is working until there is "nothing" left to do.

So it is not possible to get the NOM monitor down in a predictable time.

The only possibility is to shutdown the whole ESY task with setting the parameter SHUTDOWN-MAX-DELAY to a desired value.

Perhaps it is possible to get an extension of the modify command to set a time value.
So that the ESY task would remain activ.

Of course this should only be consired if the implementation is not too complex.
