"Newcopy" for 3GL-programs in RPC-Batch Environment

We need a functionality to load new versions of 3GL-programs in a running Batch-RPC server without stopping and restarting the server.

Something similar to a newcopy in CICS.


We have been told that such a functionality would require a new infrastructure like it is required for the feature request 05518 - Dynamic RPC Trace.

    The new feature spilt to 2 parts, Natural and EntireX.
    The Natural part will be released on Oct. 2023. This will enable "Newcopy" for a single instance of RPC.
    EntireX Broker version 11.0 enables "Newcopy" on all RPC server instances. Not released yet.
