The new FDIC feature onlibraries allows the setting of individual FDICs. However, if the FDIC is set, the FDIC DBID must be set. In the same way that the FUSER settings work, if the FDIC DBID is blank, please allow the software to pick up the FDIC from the SYSTEM DB
