Support process id as variable for print and workfiles

Example - this invoke of Natural:

natrt.exe BATCHMODE CMPRINT="C:\CMPRINT *PID.LOG" CMPRT01="C:\CMPRT01 *PID.LOG" CMWRK01="C:\CMWRK01 *PID.TXT"

and if process id is '4711'

CMPRINT becomes "C:\CMPRINT 4711.LOG"

CMPRT01 becomes "C:\CMPRT01 4711.LOG"

CMWRK01 becomes "C:\CMWRK01 4711.TXT"

Btw - *PID specification is supported when set in NATPARM for a print file. But not if set as parameter (in above example).
