Parameter and Local Variables for Inline Subroutines

Since I´ve been programming Natural (30 Years!) I miss the possibility to give my Natural Programs a good structure by defining exactly the scope of variables used in inline subroutines as it is possible in all established programming languages like java pascal c etc.

This wish has often be refused by SAG with the argument: it is too expensive to implement on all different platforms.

But at the last meeting in Darmstadt Mr. Roser told us: Natural would be the language up to 2050!!! So I dare to return too my wish. Please think about giving the language this essential feature! So I don´t go into retirement and never have seen this.
