User-exit to retrieve information if NSC authentication option (LDAP) is active

It is required to know programatically if the application is running under a NSC+LDAP authentication environment.

Under LDAP, userids and passwords might have up to 32-bytes.

This userexit will allow to detect the scenario at runtime and prepare the Natural application to correctly provide appropriate 32-byte fields for NSC user-id and password when submitting Natural batch jobs.
