Add the option CATALOG to object handler LOAD of TRANSFER format.

Assuming a rehosting freeze period is unwelcome: While the rehosting project is ongoing there is a period where business continues to demand changes and fixes to the Natural application - which is now kept both in the MF and in Linux.

When the change has been completed and tested on one side - SYSOBJH can transfer the object source(s) to the other side - but there is no option to CATALOG the sources in LOAD. Application admins have to create home-built solutions that do the CATALOG's after the LOAD has completed.
