New System-Variable UUID

Currently, we use *TIMESTMP(X) as a unique reference and foreign key in database-files. To be able to generate unique keys for the database entries, even in the case of distributed Natural-installations (in the future clusters or via entire network) that work against one database, UUIDs would be good to implement this. Therefore, we would like to have a new System Variable (*UUID) through which we can directly access a UUID to use it in Natural.
