Rowtablearea: optionally export the shown text of the gridcol headers

We wish to be able to OPTIONALLY dump the texts of gridcolheaders of rowtables when exporting parts or the entire contents of rowtable to clibboard or to CSV file.

This could be done through additionalcheckbox "[x] Export headers" next to export icons that could be displayed yes/no via some new attribute:

withexportheaders="true"|"false"
exportheaderstitle="Export headers").

The feature should work with flexline tables as well.
