NatOne: Function "Compare with Base Library on Server" should be reachable in Source Code

The Function "Compare with Base Library on Server" is reachable as a SubFunction of "Compare With" in (Natural) Navigator View,
but is missing if you call "Compare With" with right mouse button in the Source View.
It should be added in this context so that in both view´s "Compare With" brings the same subfunctions.
