Request for new option to deactivate the GDA time-stamp check.
Cause for this request:
In many cases the runtime error 'NAT0933 GDA time-stamp conflict' does not make sense, is only a 'false positive'.
If there a real differences in the GDA they are detected already by the Parser or Builder.
