Auto extend of sort and temp files in utilities [--> ADAMF-122]

Auto extend sort and temp files in execution of utilities, the same as the MPM is able to auto extend ASSO and DATA when they become full.No more midnight calls because SORT SIZE TOO SMALL.

Adarep free_space to show free percentage.

The adarep free_space list should at the end show the amount and percentage of combined free space in the container - like shown in the attached file. This would save me time when checking that none of the many databases risk running full.
