Config option to allow text within data entry fields to be static.

We are testing HA and noticed that text in data entry fields can be dragged from their proper position. However, we require text within data entry fields to be static. As this is a feature of the browser could there be a config option to turn it off?

Support system variables also for CMPRINT (Windows + Linux)

For definition of CMPRTnn it is possible to use system variables like *PID. Please make this available also for CMPRINT.
