ADARES PLCOPY option to display all checkpoints

ADARES PLCOPY UTICPLIST only displays SYNP,SYNV,SYNS. Would like an option to display all checkpoints, especially SYNC and SYN2. In some cases where the original checkpoint file is NOT available or checkpoints removed, we need to know the block number of a checkpoint to have an option to do ADARES REGENERATE TOCP=,TOBLK= for either the database or certain files. Neither ADARES nor ADAPLP supply this info. We need to be able to scan the plog copy dataset to obtain this info. Would like to also expand it to display ALL SYN* checkpoints including SYNC (for the SYNCC opercom). Again, if these checkpoints were readily available in UTICPLIST we could simply read them from the PLCOPY DDDRUCK and not have to go to extra steps to find them. thank you

ADAMF-I-26 “ADARES PLCOPY option to display all checkpoints”:

This was scheduled and released as part of Adabas v861 last 2024OCT.

From the documentation, Adabas 861 enhancement list for utilities:

ADARES Parameter UTICPLISTALL Print All Utility Checkpoints

The ADARES PLCOPY and ADARES COPY utilities can now use the parameter UTICPLISTALL to display all utility checkpoints.

Prior to this addition, UTICPLIST could only display SYNP, SYNV, and SYNS checkpoints. Now you can use UTICPLISTALL instead of UTICPLIST to display all utility checkpoints for PLCOPY and COPY.
