Allow for switching transactions through WEB I/O CICS Adapater

Currently through the Web IO adapter to CICS we cannot switch to different CICS transactions once the session is started. We are forced to start a new session to access a different CICS transaction. We would like the ability to change CICS transaction during a session.

    This is a critical issue in our shop as we run with static (i.e. bound) Natural for DB2 and are dependent on the use of the CICS DB2 trans/plan support tied to the Natural transaction in use.
