Prevent Edit object in Natural Server View

We are now testing NaturalONE and will soon implement it for all our developers.

We saw that it is possible to edit Natural modules using the Natural Server area of NaturalONE.
When this is done the module is locked. In case that the developer didn't release the module, it will stay locked forever.

We would like to find a way to prevent our developers from editing Natural modules using the Natural Server mode.

Natural server is on MF, Z/OS 2.5, Natural 911. Natural security 911.
