ONE: 'Extract IDL ...' for a range of mixed modules

For the function 'Extract IDL ...' it should be possible to specify a range of modules where not all of these modules must necessarily be subprograms.
Currently, if the specified range contains a non-subprogram module, then the option 'Extract IDL ...' is not available in the context menu.

On the other hand, when 'Extract IDL ...' is selected on the project node or on the SRC node, then the subprograms are listed for further extraction handling, and the non-subprograms are ignored.

This comfort should be implemented also for a range of modules because - when a library contains lots of modules - it is very troublesome for the user to pick out only the subprograms.
