For the time being: if you delete a Natural module (program etc.) in the NaturalONE workspace and you also want to have it deleted on the server, a 'Build Natural Project' is required to really scratch it from the server.
Additionally a direct form of 'Delete' should be possible that scratches the module on the server without the necessity to 'Build'.

The option to have Auto-delete on the server is part of the Auto build, which is also for saving and insert. The option could be activated under Windows -> preferences -> Software AG -> Natural -> Build Natural projects automatically.
