Avoided supending RACF user by halting automatic lockon

When you start NaturalONE the first time after having changed your RACF password, it will as usual connect to the NDV-servers that you have defined, i have defined 3.
Attempting to connect to 3servers will result in 3 invalid password attempts and a suspended RACF userid.
I need a way to do avoid this.
I see 2 ways to avoid it:

1)Allow the user decide wheither or not to do this automatic logon should run.

2) To stop then automatic logon after the first logon fails, to allow correction of password, before it get supended.
