ONE: Logging History file - view function

I like to have a view function in Addition to the "Delete History file" function; This would make it easier in the world of NaturalONE.

At present the developers have to start the File Explorer in the desired local directory workspace/naturalone/log/filename.log.

The Filename.log is defined by the project name and the constant builder history.log. This file has to be opened with the text editor.

The main task is verifying if the current information has been written in the log file. Further, it should be possible to edit or modify the logging data.

Goal:

Reference the logging data directly in the Eclipse environment. Based on that Developers are able to easily check the file content, remove or modify it.
