Enhance Define filters view

Hello.

The Define filters window does not display all the elements, even if you try to enlarge it.

In my example, the MACIDEVL filter does not appear, and the Temp filter patterns are not displayed (you can only access them with the down arrow key on the keyboard, not very practical).

At the very least, the lists should display a scroll bar.

And an Edit button would be nice.

    Hello. Since a recent version (I use now the 9.1.4), the scroll bar is available, but a dynamic resizing window would be more convenient. Thanks.
