Develop a 3270-like look and feel for Natural Web I/O.

To provide unchanged look-and-feel of the terminal emulation - develop a selectable pre-configuration of NWO that has the web interface look and work as closely as possible to what is experienced with the 3270 terminal emulator.

Natural Buffer Pool utility (NATBPMON) should respond with a clear status even when BP is not active , and not with a nasty error message , which is not intuitive
