Ability to disable the data browser in Natural ONE

Though the data browser is a powerful feature of NaturalONE, except that in a production environment it might be security and performance threat. Thus to be able to use NaturalONE in such cases, we should have the capability of disabling the browser fully, or at least disabling it on a user level

    NaturalONE is intended for development purposes and is not recommended for installation in production environments.

    In a production environment, Natural Security should, at a minimum, restrict the RUN command to a specific library. This restriction prevents the execution of dynamically created programs via the browse data functionality. However, blocking this command will disable the use of this feature and it should not effect execution the application.
