Support "Advanced Edit > Import Data Fields" from reporting mode programs

On the mainframe green screen, it is possible to import data fields from a reporting mode program in the data area editor - a very useful feature when upgrading reporting mode programs to structured mode or at least structured data mode.

Green screen can import data elements from a reporting mode program, but NaturalONE Advanced Edit > Import Data Fields cannot.
